We are not always given a manual of how to handle the various curveballs life throws at us and I don’t feel like we should have to journey through it alone. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, a cancer diagnosis in the family, a negative unexpected incident, life transition, or something that has been impacting your life for a while and leaves you feeling stuck. I desire to walk alongside, helping clients process, come to a resolution, derive meaning, take responsibility and live a life worth living.

Coming from a trauma informed existential theoretical orientation, I desire to walk alongside my clients helping them process, come to a resolution, derive meaning, take responsibility and live a life worth living out of a stance of freedom.

Jillian Hart holds her MA in Counselling Psychology and has both Registered Clinical Counsellor and Canadian Clinical Counsellor designations. With special training in trauma, existential issues, and cancer care, her hope is for clients to gain a new hope in their life desiring to live a life they want to live despite the obstacles.
